Job responsibilities

Your role as Technical Maintenace Supervisor entails overseeing maintenance operations, leading a team, planning schedules, conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, managing inventory and budget, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient and effective maintenance activities. You will provide support to the Technical manager and ensure smooth operation of the technical department's maintenance section, including the workshop, fabrication, construction, and projects. You will manage labor effectively and efficiently and control costs in the maintenance section. You will ensure internal customer satisfaction with maintenance activities and maintain up-to-date standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for the department. Manage projects by planning, executing, and evaluating them, preferably through a yearly plan, and coordinate with contractors on projects within the farm while you liaise with external service providers 

EDUCATION/PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE.

Holds a BSC in Mechanical Engineering/ Mechatronics/Diploma in plant Technology /Diploma in mechanical Engineering.

Possess 2-4 years of experience.

Demonstrates proficiency in reporting skills.

Exhibits excellent communication skills.

Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
