Graduate Trainee Growing crop protection

Your role as Graduate trainee, involves precise pesticide preparation and application, equipment maintenance oversight, safety compliance, team collaboration, and promoting integrity and productivity. You will also facilitate knowledge building, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with other departments for workforce management and development within the Crop Protection Team. You will ensure a holistic approach to crop protection and team efficiency.
Education and professional experience
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Entomology, Agriculture, Biology, Horticulture or a related field.
A recent graduate (less than 2 years after graduation)
- Demonstrates proficiency in data analysis and reporting skills.
- Exhibits accurate record keeping skills.
Personal attributes
- A quick learner.
- Displays confidence, assertiveness, and a proactive attitude.
- Is honest, reliable, accountable, and attentive to detail.
- Thinks analytically and approaches challenges with an open mindset.
- Willingness to independently verify information, avoiding sole reliance on reports from others.
