Human Resource Officer

Basic Responsibilities.

Overview: your role as HRO will be to manage various HR functions including data metrics, payroll management, time and attendance tracking, leave management, learning and development initiatives, performance management, and disciplinary management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and Labor legislation and will be adept at managing and analysing data to support HR strategies. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Higher Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR with a focus on data metrics, payroll, performance management, and disciplinary management.
  • Strong knowledge of Labor legislation and payroll regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position, typically 45 hours per week.
