BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Your role as Elite Production Planner, entails effective management of demand, production, and inventory stock keeping. You will contribute to the farm's ability to deliver high-quality crops to customers while optimizing resource utilization and maintaining operational excellence. You will also coordinate and support various planning activities, including data collection, entry, analysis, and management.

 

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Horticulture or Operations Management.

Possess 1-2 years of experience in production planning.

Demonstrates proficiency in data analysis and reporting skills.

Exhibits excellent communication skills.

Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook and Excel).

Has experience with planning ERP systems, such as PAT.

 

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

Displays confidence, assertiveness, and a proactive attitude.

Is reliable, accountable, and attentive to detail.

Thinks analytically and approaches challenges with an open mindset.

Willingness to independently verify information, avoiding sole reliance on reports from others.
